I have a design that is properly cutting. However, I want to cut multiple copies using SCAL 4 Pro. I am using the following mat for the Silver Bullet Professional 24" edition. The type is here:

I go to the options for the cutting copies as indicated in the following document page 11:

However, the documents printed are on 8.5x11 paper. However, the computer is reading a 6.1 x9.3 inches for the cutting.

Therefore, the placement is not coming up correctly. My question is the following:

How do I set this up so that I can print multiple copies using the mat that was listed above?

My guess is that I have to trick the computer into thinking that the whole cutting area is 8.5 x 11. Then it may register. however, I am not sure how to trick the cutting area as 8.5x11

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I assume that you set your material size to 8.5x11. If you did not do this then that is most likely the answer. There are a lot of video's on p2c that maybe useful...just google scal p2c preferably one for your cutter (try the forum for your cutter if need be). Then when all else fails email http://www.craftedge.com/support/support_form.php with all the details and what you have tried.

Well I tried to post some images but the administrator thinks I have an illegal copy even though my reply said why the image was greyed out. No luck on the Google search or from customer support.

Wish I could email the administrator of this forum proof my copy is legal

All right. Spent 12 hours over the last two days and there is not one video on how to use the cut copy option of SCAL 4 pro. Contacted support on Tuesday and have not received guidance on how to use the option. Not sure what to do next.

I have a black cat lynx, but only 12 inch, and use scal 4, so I'm not much help.

Thank you. I contacted Silver Bullet and they responded, unlike SCAL. They are looking on how to do it. I will try US Cutter.

The Cut copies option is not meant for Print+Cut as Print+Cut relies on you aligning the laser over the registration marks around the entire design printout.

If you need to do a Print+Cut around multiple copies in a single session, you will need to place multiple copies of the design on the workspace prior to printing and cutting.
