How to change inkscape simplify threshold

doing this will come in handy to "simplify" a file in inkscape. once you change the threshold, when you simpify, the image will not be distorted, but will still eliminate a lot of nodes for you. just continue to simplify until you get the desired results.
to change your simplification thresholds (EVERYone should do this automatically when you install Inkscape - it'll stay at this number then)...
Go to File / Inkscape Preferences / Misc / Simplification Threshold. Change it to .0005.
That's it!! It makes a WORLD of difference when you do your simplification (Ctrl-L).
