GCC Cutter not recognisied

Latest GCC USB drivers are installed and PumaII is listed as a printer in XP SP3. PumaII cutter not recognized by SureCuts A Lot 4.

Please advise how to get the cutter to be recognized by Sure Cuts A Lot 4.
