My first step card, surely not my last!

Taking some inspiration from Diane on her Capadia site, I created this card for my sisters friends 40th birthday. I took the step card design and then adapted it a bit. The front flap folds up to only show the flower center when closed and then reveals the "Happy Birthday Steph" when it's opened. The picture is of my mock up and it's really horrible, so please excuse the use of some bad scraps and bad photography.

Really really nice, I have been wanting to make one and didn't know where to start.

that's beautiful, what a neat idea....do you think I can make this on my little bug if I cut off the bottom flap on the svg?
again, tfs

If you cut off the bottom panel, it will cut perfectly on a baby bug.

Added bonus of the sizing, when the card is folded, it fits perfectly in the standard 5 1/4" x 7 1/4" card envelopes.

Sorry, I forgot to indicate what font I used. You need to select a stencil font for this card and I had selected the Pristina font. It does need some adjusting at times though. Some of the letters tend to close up when cutting it in the smaller sizes, so I adjusted the nodes a bit. The uppercase letters seem to be much better than in the lowercase.
