Craft Edge

I need to cut out a Scripture verse, and every time I go to cut, the letters pull up?? Any suggestions? It is a new mat, and I really need to get this done ASAP. Thanks

Sometimes when the mat is new it is a little too sticky. Take your hands over the mat to temper the stickiness. Not know what font you are using, fonts that are 2 thin are a little harder to work with on a new mat.
