I needed a Birthday card for my grandson so I decided I'd try both ideas.

What I did and the unique BLING I used for decorating the cone is all laid out on my Blog since to do it here would take up too much space. If your interest is tweaked feel free to go look. HINT: sprinkles from my kitchen and decoupage medium.

Too bad you didn't give me this advice before I sent it to my 9 yr old grandson. Yep, he did start picking off the sprinkles and eating them!
