60th birthday ideas

Hi all!
My mom AND dad are turning 60 this year and I am throwing them a suprise party in Sept. I want to make a bunch of decorations and other stuff.....does anyone have any fabulous ideas for me??

For my aunt's 80th party the theme was tropical. Needless to say some of the (gag) gifts were quite amusing. :lol:
I'm sure there are lots of tropical designs posted.
