I love that this file for the 5x7 scalloped card was fixed. I am so happy to be able to have big scalloped edges for my card making. After cutting ou the card base I then cut out a smaller piece of the red print paper. After adding the red print paper to the scalloped card, I inked the edges. I then cut out 2 scalloped rectangles using Spellbinder dies. The butterfly was cut and embossed from a Cuttlebug die. I then added the string and button.

I also saw this owl file this morning and right away came up with a simple idea for a card. The bottom of the card was cut using my Fiskars wave blade. The owls and branch were cut from a SCAL file. The little flower swirl was cut from a Cuttlebug die. The blurbs were cut from the Cricut George And Basic shapes cartridge.

I've only had my Cricut for less than a month and boy does having the SCAL make it even more fun to make cards.

Thanks for taking a peek!
