Craft Edge

I am new to sure cuts alot and I am trying to figure out a few things before I buy the full version. My first question is does Inkscape come with or is this a seperate program that I need to download. The second is I am having an issue importing the svg files.
I am a little computer mumbo jumbo illiterate so awnsers in dummy talk would help.

Inkscape is a free open source SVG editor program that you can download from here http://www.inkscape.org/. It is not part of SCAL. What is the problem you are having importing SVG files into SCAL? Please provide more information. If you like, you could post a specific file here and we could look at it.
