Sizzix eClips making noise when turned on.

Has anyone experience this? Makes a loud banging noise when I turn the machine on. Now I'm worried that I got a bad machine on eBay.

I have not heard of this happening and did a quick search to see, and could not find anything. But you can call the company and they may have you make a video with sound to see whats what....or they have suggestions on how to resolve.
