I just googled this and a zillion connections came up. You can find almost anything in the internet seaches.
No one here is offering Disney images as they are copyright images.

You need to learn to trace your own for an .svg, for your personal use...find an image and then feel free to ask questions about how to trace it in scal or inkscape, but don't post the copyright image on the board.
