Bow font from DaFont

I tried downloading the Bow font by Epso. When I tried to unzip it , I was asked for a password. I emailed Epso and he said it didn't need a password. I originally downloaded it using Firefox so tried it using IE. I got a blank page after extracting and it said it wasn't a font. Can someone else try it and see what happens?
