This does not say where to post submission or what types of projects are accepted. For instance, could someone without a cutter who is talented artistically create something by hand to submit so they could have a chance at owning a cutter.

So it looks like you just have to like her FB and add a link to where you posted about the giveaway below the entry info. No project needed.

Yep...read that and still don't really get it...so I guess if a person is on FB they post the link to the contest and post the project by the link in their own FB.

Still would like to know if the projects can be handmade?

Yes, I see in search that this is also posted on other blogs, too, for entering to win. She is possibly just making one of her submissions to the link here.
