Craft Edge

The SCAL program won't cut or preform as it should. I had a friend help with it--she has used the program on her computer and loves it. I bought it because of her rave reviews. It is awful on my computer!

My computer is running on Vista. Is there a patch I need to allow it to run with Vista? I ask because I found that another program I downloaded needed an update from the manufacturer to run. It ran beautifully after the update.

Does the manufacturer even read this? I would love to use my machine. Help!

Can you be more specific? Is it cutting at all? I use Vista and mine cuts fine. Do you have the most current update. If not go to CraftEdge's home page, go to Support Downloads, put in your information and get the updates.

I have ran Scal from vista with no problems and like sstehman has said please give more specifics as to whatis happening and more details of your operating system.

When did you get your copy of scal and which one is it?

If you are using a cricut what is your firmware version?

What cutter are you using?

What version of windows?

All of these questions need an answer before anyone can help you
