I have a new mat for my expression and the glue is too strong, it ruins my vinyl when I try to remove it. Is there a way to tone the glue down on a new mat.

There's a couple of things you can do. You can press you hands up and down on the mat. For me, I use an old clean t-shirt and press that on the mat a couple of times. That helps to minimize the extreme stickiness. HTH
