I have several cupcake wrappers that I can email you in the svg format. I am actually cutting out some right now. Mine fit the standard cupcakes and I use this size when I cut them out. 8.387 x 3.924. Change it in the properties window and have a tick in "Keep proportions" If you pm me and I will contact you.
