Craft Edge

Hi
I am having problems cutting with CDS and Sure Cut Alot. It is connected. I have the correct firmware v1.1. when I click on cut, nothing happnes.
Is there a beginners how to out there somewhere.
any help will be greatley appreciated

SCAL will not cut any of the items on the cartridges. You have to use DS for those. Is this the problem you are having? Might need additional information.

If you are using Vista, change the Compatibility to XP (right click on the program icon, go to Compatibility; change to XP).
