Has anyone got this feature to work? It is there, but I can't get it to work. It seems kind of dumb to have it if it doesn't function. Please let me know if it really works or not so I don't think I am loosing my mind! Well, I guess it's too late, that already happened!!

No, unfortunately, it doesn't work yet. I keep hoping it'll be on an update we get soon - so many people have asked about it in the Wish List board.

Actually there is another way to get objects to move together.
If you are working in SCAL and want to have multiple objects move together, insert your first object, then your second, etc. It will place them all in a line. Even if you accidentally deselect your object, you can click on it again so that the active cursor is inside the box, and then you can continue adding shapes or letters into your line.
From this point, you can click on individual objects & drag them around & resize them, weld, etc. You can click on each object separately to manipulate it, or you can click on the yellow box surrounding them all and move them all at once.
This should allow us to do what we want, we just have to remember to add objects within the existing frame.
