font like the stitched letters on Mini Monograms?

I've been eyeing up Mini MOnograms for awhile, and it is on sale at M's this week. But the only thing I really want from it is the block letters with the stitching lines. Everything else is similar to a font I already have.
Anyone know of any fonts with stitching lines in them?

I have a font called Singer Mears that has stitching around the edges (looks a lot like Mini Monograms) I think you can get it here:
