Help with Inkscape download

I am trying to download this program and I can't get it to download. I do have Vista. Do you have to open up an account on the website to be able to download the program?

I also have Vista and I didn't have to open an account and i haven't had any trouble...

I finally got it to work. I don't know what was stopping it but it finally downloaded.
