I got an email from cuttinupdesign with a free download. She has the nicest raindrop background paper for free, today at least. I was able to size it down from the original 12x12 pretty easily in Inkscape.

This is my first day on this site and I just downloaded this rain overlay paper. It is really a creative idea. The little chick that comes with it is really cute too.
