Customer Service

Post by brynneji »

Hey guys,
My scal keeps on saying cricut machine could not be found. It's plugged in and will work every once in a while. It's the same usb I use with my printer and it has no problems. So I don't think it's the usb. When It does work and begins to cut, scal will quit unexpectedly. I have contacted customer service and the only thing they have said is what version do I have. I have the updated version of scal2. I think its 2.038e. Can any one tell me what to do to fix this? It started doing this in the middle of a project. I'm so frustrated with the customer service of craft edge. Please HELP!!!!

It has to be your computer, because I have no problems with the program...but I run on Windows 7 64bit

I don't see it being the software either because everyone would be having this problem.. It's something in your computer that's blocking it..

I have used SCAL for years now and never had a problem until Sunday. I had the program freeze on me 3 times for no reason. This is frustrating since the design I was cutting, SCAL had already cut 3 times.

Do Mac computers have updates that could be causing you problems. Sometimes Windows updates mess things up. Maybe if you remove the most recent update and see if things go back to being better.
