This is my first time to post. I made 35 of these for my daughter-in-law's baby shower....I'm going to be a first-time grandma! I really love how they turned out, so I thought I would share. There was a post on the forum for a boxes font..I found it here in case you are interested... http://www.scentials.com/Cricut.htm

I took different pics of the finished boxes, but didn't know how to put them into one post. So I'm posting them separately. :D

They are stunning!!
I am hosting a baby shower next weekend but don't think I would have time to make them or the file!! Unless you want to share the files!

The boxes are not difficult at all. They cut out very quickly. I made them all in less than a week. You can purchase the download for the box here:
http://www.scentials.com/Cricut.htm along with a lot of other box designs...$10 for all....well worth the money, I think. I would share, but I had to purchase the file. Sorry.

I love these! I think I'll use these for my friend's shower next month. What did you use around the edges? Is it just ink from an ink pad or is it chalk?

Thanks,
Colleen

Colleen,
Glad you can use them! I used Color Box cat's eye chalk and ink. I used up all the pink of both that I had...lol I think it is pretty much all the same...one just dries instantly. Any ink/or chalk will work. Good luck! I just added an extra diecut flower to the top of the box and punched a circle with my text in it to put in the center. Have fun!! Post a pic when you're done! ;)

Thanks Sue. I appreciate the tips! The shower is Aug 2, so I'd better get busy!
