Craft Edge

A friend took this with her cell phone and I think she made it look like a silhouette from her phone. I would like to do this in vinyl and frame it for her. Can you try to convert it into svg. to cut with SCAL? If not the silhouette looking one can u do it from the other photo attached? Thanks in advance if you can.. In the second photo...Just the head shot like in the other one.....

Todd: Is there a tutorial anywhere that shows how to do this or can you make a tutorial? I love this and would like to do pictures of my grandchildren. Now for a silly question, is this just to print on the printer or is this a svg file and what do you cut it out with or on.

It's an svg.. he's got it above the top of the photo.. If you search youtube you will find loads of tutorials on how to do this.. That's how I learned

I used Photoshop on this picture. Each picture is different, so it would be hard to tell you how I do this, because what works for one picture might not work for you.
