Oh my gosh, thank you for posting that video. How simple and cut almost perfect, I think my paper alignment was off just a tad...but very happy with the results. Thanks so much!

I am able to open SCAL 038 now but when I place image and try to see a png or a jpg (Paulo's starry girl or Kristal's gingy baby) I only get an outlined rectangle. I can bring in the svgs without a problem. Any idea what I need to do to see the graphics?

Make sure show outlines only is unchecked under the view menu.

Okay figured out with Kay's help how to see the image but now I am getting the firmware warning again. This is strange

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong, but I CANNOT see an image.

pasda3, you have to uncheck view/outline only. The picture you placed should now be there.
