i save mine to my external hard drive in a folder labeled SCAL. BUT, if all of yours are on your desktop for easy finding then -right click:go to new:select folder. Name your folder. now move all those files on your desktop to one place:inside the folder. just click on the file and drag it into the folder.
someone else more comp. literate prob. does it a better way but that is simple for now and cleans off your desktop

I have a folder labled SVG and inside that I have sub folders labled FLOWERS, COOKING, WESTERN, ANIMALS, BUGS, and the list goes on and on and on. With the subfolders I can just search for a subject and not have to go looking at thousands of files trying to find a certain one.

Linda, thats what mine looks like. They are on my HD but for simple forms i just told Annette the desktop version. It took a while for me to figure out how to place them in an orderly fashion. I still have some floating out there.

That's how I have mine organized as well. Plus we have an extra hard drive so I have them copied on that one and I have them on a flashdrive so I can play around with while at work. Some are on a disc as well.
