Do you mean something like these? If you check towards the middle, you will see some heads only.

I see they have embossable aluminum decals. Wonder what we could do with blank ones?

There are 2 dingbat fonts with heads called KR Barb's Class Boys and KR Barb's class girls that have heads you can use.
