A number of us are having problems with 2.023 not working.
I can't get it to cut and it crashes when I move items on the mat.
Support told me the only known issue is with the driver in Win 7 computers. I installed the new driver but it didn't make any difference. Went back to update 2.012 which still has some bugs, but at least I can get it to cut part of the time.
