Craft Edge

I made this for a friend who's about to have her first child. She and her husband are still living in a rental - because of this, I didn't want her to have to try to remove the vinyl when/if they move. I painted a 24" H by 36" W canvas with acrylic paints to match the colors of the baby's bedding, applied the vinyl to the canvas, and then sealed it with acrylic paint sealer... I think it turned out really neat and hope she likes it. This was my first time painting on canvas, too...
If you can't read the quote, it says "Before you were born, we dreamed of you, we imagined you, we prayed for you. Now that you are here, we hope for you, we love you, we Thank God for you."

THis is a fabulous idea for apartment dwellers! The quote is very nice too. Great job.
