I created this gear background to use with my new easy embossing technique

You could also use it as a print or cut background, of course.

Thanks, I love gears. I think it is the positive and negative shapes that intrigue me. Tim Holtz just came out with a new Sizzix die of gears. Did you use the magnetic sheet to create the embossing folder?

Yes, Jan, that is the magnetic embossing "die" in the foreground of the picture. Missed the Tim Holtz gear folder. I probably need that, too. LOL!

Thank you so much for the file...I have been wanting one like this. I think I will put "#1 DAD" on mine. I appreciate you sharing. Thanks again!

Didn't see Cathy's question earlier but the lime green thing in the picture is my Cuttlebug A plate.

I have never seen the lime green thing either. It's never in the craft stores next to the Cuttlebug replacement plates. Is this a real Cuttlebug item or a homemade goodie?

I got the same green plate when I bought my cuttlebug (it came with it).
