Could someone help me out with creating a simple svg?

Hey guys! I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me out. I am going to be cutting banners out for 200 people. I need a basic triangle (or pennent) shape at about 1" - 1 1/2" tall. I would like to have as many as would cut on one mat, but not sure how to design the svg file this way. I was thinking a row of triangles right side up, and then a row underneath that of triangles upside down would allow me to get more on a mat. I hope this makes sense. I am going to give it a try on my own, but am not sure how to do it. If anyone has any ideas or could do a svg like this, I would really appreciate it! Thank you so much!

have a great day!

I drew the triangle in inkscape and imported into SCAL.

Did one copy, then Edit/paste autofill, delete the original. Each triangle is a piece. You can select the whole row or column and play with moving them around for the best placing for you. You can even copy a row and squeeze it in.

Hope this is what you wanted.

Open SCAL, then click on Windows, Shapes Library. Click on the down arrow next to Basic Shapes, for Tags, Signs, Banners. There's a banner in that section.

Just click it to place it on your mat. Then click on the banner and resize. Then do a copy and paste to duplicate it.

Use the flip feature to turn it upside down to create your next row.
