Craft Edge

Hi, I am new to SCAL so this is probably a stupid question for most people but I couldn't find an answer. I downloaded a svg file but when I tried it import it to SCAL is said it needed to be converted to outline first. What does that mean and how do I do it? The strange thing is the the file imported to "Make the cut" with no issues.

You get that message if the designer left a jpg in there after they traced. It should work fine, just ignore the warning if it looks ok in preview.
