Craft Edge

an SVG of a nautical star(5pt) that is two layers so that I can make it two colors. I am very new to this and have no idea how to do it or where to find it.my GD got her first vehicle and wants a nautical star for her window in vinyl...I would so appreciate it if someone could help...thank you
