I saw on another MB where they painted then heated tyvek (the material that's sort of like cloth/paper... the stuff fedex pouches are made of) The results were super cool!!The result is that it bubbles up! I'm thinking of a title cut (say a water theme) then heated up. Oh I'm going to be playing in the "Pit" tonight for sure!!!

the "pit" is my "studio"... Better known as the basement. tee-hee! I tried it and didn't have much luck. Now if I could only remember where I saw this done. It looked really cool but when I tried it, it was a nasty blob!! Well I took enough envelopes to play around with it. The small benefits of working in a mailroom. LOL!

Did you put it between two pieces of waxed paper and then press it with a hot iron.... I saw this method done on youtube.. The girl made a laptop bag..

No I didn't even think about the waxed paper.. Hmmmm.. She said she painted it then stamped it and used a heat gun on it. Maybe the heat gun was too hot.
