I thought I just posted this but now I can not find my question. Sorry this is my first day so I have no idea what I am doing. Anyway..My question is I have this image for the police dept my husband works for. Can someone please help me clarify it so I can make a clean cut for a window sign. When I try the letters get rounded/bubbly. Please help!!

Do need this in one color or are you layering the colors?

Thank you for your help! It will be one color. We will not use the blue background just the outline and the letters. Then he wants the statue and we were going to weed the flag to do every other. Does this make sense? Basically it will just be the outline of everything. A black sign for the Cold Case Office. I hope I am not confusing you.
