Craft Edge

I need to be able to cut this to layer it in vinyl. I need the black background, white, blue, and teal layers. I played around a bit in Inkscape but can only outline the entire thing, I can't ungroup it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! I would like to make some small gifts for our graduating 5th graders for graduation.
