Apparently there is a printer out that can actually print on roses or anything small. I hear its very expensive. I have already given these out as gifts and they were thrilled. I just love crafting with the cricut.

Hi Jannah
Im not the poster of these roses but it looks like they are either silk or wodden roses that you can buy and then you just cut the name out of vinyl then stick them on as normal. Im sure I will be corrected if Im wrong.

That is an excellent idea. Oh the money that can be made because it is a new and very fresh idea. One could clean up at a weddings, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day...the possibilities are endless.

Even if they are not fresh/silk flowers, the possibilities are still endless. They could be paper and used for photo props because with the talent on this board, they can be made to look real.

Must go to the craft store to spend hours looking for the perfect paper that will create a realistic flower, will have to then search for/create a shape to make a flower of choice.......on and on and on......

I am so excited!!!!!

Okay...I can't help myself but write this. Yes,it looks like the ones that are pictured are silk. However, to share the originality of this with you.....years ago a very good friend of mine came up with this idea on REAL roses! With the help of a lawyer and engineer friend, they invented the "machine" that actually imprints it on the REAL rose. They did so well with their patent (sp) they sold several of these machines to flower shops throughout Eastern and Western Canada. Needless to say, it was well worth the investment of designing the machine. REAL roses sold like crazy. :D
The crafter that I am, I always wondered if one day we would be able to "improvise" somehow and look now!
Now we have the CRICUT and SCAL - have fun! :)

HI all.. these are velvet roses. I cut the vinyl at .35. I am thinking bout the wooden roses as well.
