I hope this is not going out on a limb. I would love to be able to cut with my Gazelle or other cutter's. I am crazy about SCAL's auto vector. It's the best I ever found. I cut with heavy duty materials so I use my Gazelle a lot. I would love Gazelle and WB (Graphtec) support.

oh yes... having SCAL compatible with other die cutting machines like Gazelle would be WONDERFUL!!! I'm interested in the Gazelle also because I'm sick of the Provo Craft/ Expressions limited use of cutting! How great is that to have no more cartridges and worry free of copyright issues when you can design your own images from programs like SCAL/MTC! I heard that Make the Cut was compatible to be use with Gazelle and would love to see if SCAL would be one too! I love SCAL, trust me, I do, but if SCAL is going to be a behind on compatibility, then I may half to invest in other programs. I know Gazelle has a program Funtime they use to cut, but I enjoy using SCAL too much... *I don't own a Gazelle yet as I am doing my research about the product also!

I third this! I reciently got a Gazelle and I HATE the funtime software that came with it (I'm sure I am a minority, most people love it). The problem for me is I am used to designing in inkscape, with it's terrific accuracy, and funtime doesn't have that ability. I'm spoiled by how well inkscape and SCAL work together!

I've read on the MTC MB that the Bosskut people are working with Andy to help work the bugs out of MTC and the gazelle, I'm sure they would work with Todd.

Also, 'pounce' lines would be wonderful! (That is, dotted or dashed lines).

I would love to see this feature also. I have the Wishblade and lots of gsd files I would like to be able to cut. PLease, please, pretty please!

I have an E which I use a lot with my SCAL and a Craft Robo that is just there collecting dust. I was never able to figure out their Design Master program plus I have no idea how to even start with Inkscape. Yet, I have figured out how to make already a couple of files just using SCAL. I have thousands of cute .gsd files that I would love to use. Please, please, please...

I would love to hear more feedback on thie- I'm debating on getting another machine (I use my E everyday) but I'm thinking I'd like the ability to create bigger projects.
Will I be stuck with my collection of SVG's? And have to creat new files ( I can't imiagine!!) I have finally been able (with this boards help) to create my own files.
Can you recommend the next step up in cutting machines? I'd appreciate any help!

I believe Craft Robo has bigger plotters out there. The machines are pretty good, their software has a high learning curve ... Only made one file with it and it was a window panel.
I have had SCAL for 3 weeks and already made more than a couple.

I have a Gazelle also but I use INK to trace. Using INK .46, you can save as a .dxf (but not .47) and then open in Funtime. Funtime is definitely different from INK and I have not really used it to create anything yet. I have the basics of the software but many times it takes more steps to do something than with INK. For instance, to delete a node in INK, just select the node and click on "delete selected node". With Funtime, it is drama and maybe I will get it right, maybe not...deleting nodes is something I do on a regular basis. Haven't used MTC with Gazelle yet but I did read that it can be done.
