How to add an image to message

How do you insert an image in your topic????Sorry...sometimes my brain goes on vacation and doesn't tell me about it!!!! 
When you are posting your message, scroll down and you will see the option to Upload attachment and then a browse button so you can upload from your computer. You can select Add the file (helpful if you want to preview your post)or just hit Submit.
