Middle-Mouse-to-Pan & Scroll-Wheel-Zoom

The Pan and Zoom feature should leverage the 3rd mouse button like Inkscape...
PAN: Press-and-hold the middle mouse button and drag the cutting mat to pan
Zoom: Mouse wheel zooms in and out
This will eliminate the need to switch to the Hand Tool, Zoom In Tool, and Zoom Out Tool. Plus, it will help everyone work faster by making the user interface much more intuitive.
