how to use inkscape

i need to know how to get to that site i want to try and use it if i can hope someone can help i am new at this thank you
You can get Inkscape 0.47 at http://www.inkscape.org/
However, you might be better off using Inkscape 0.46 which is available here http://sourceforge.net/projects/inkscape/files/
I have several basic Inkscape tutorials on my blog here. http://cuttingtime.blogspot.com/ has many tutorials, both written and video featuring some of the new features of Ink47 if you do decide to use that version. HTH
