Convert to SVG??

Can anyone convert this JPG to an SVG? It's our school's mascot. Thanks!

I didn't know if you were going to cut this from vinyl or make a paper piecing, so I didn't separate the trace for colors. I did do the eyes separate so they can be done in black. HTH

Thanks so much, Heather! I'll cut it out tonight! I planned on doing it just on paper.
