Craft Edge

I had to reformat my computer because of a virus. When I went to the web site to re-download and install it asked for may serial number, but I can not find it. I went to their site and to do a look up but it said it can not find my name. I bought it several months ago. What do I do? I have contacted them and no response. Now what? Do I buy it again?

i would contact them again. sometimes it takes them a couple days to get back to you. i know that is not much help. i just recently went through that and it took 3-4 days to get it straightened out

I have contaced them 4x now and still nothing.

Go to this page on Craft Edge site and enter your email address.

Their computer will email you your serial number to the email address you used when you registered the software.

I tryed that it did not work.

Another idea... Who did you buy SCAL from? If it's a different vendor than Craft Edge they may have a record of the serial number in their computer.
