Craft Edge

I am trying to figure out how to do the bustierre. what i did here is cut out another lady and then hand cut and filed with marker but i am not liking it. any one have ideas?

How about doing one with netted stockings?? That does look fabulous what you've done there though..

interesting you mention that i have been busy adding some elements you'll see what i found that was interesting...still stuck on the bustierre. thinking while glue dries....
