OK I know this is going to sound really strange but how do you use these wrappers? Do you make your cupcakes in paper cases and then put them in the wrapper with the paper case still on the cupcake or are you making the cupcakes in muffin tins and then straight in the wrapper?

That site has a lot of great ideas! now one of us just has to find the time to make something similar into a SVG file
