Six sided favor box

My wife and I were in Michaels shortly after Christmas and saw these little boxes on clearance. I picked up a set to try my hand at duplicating them for cutting. While the design came out nicely, they don't go together quite as well as I'd hoped. I think the trick is you need to make them out of very thick cardstock so they'll hold their shape. We just have thin stuff and the center keeps folding down into itself. Anyway, I figured I'd throw them out there for others. Maybe someone else can figure out a secret to getting them just right.

thanks for the christmas box. Funny thing though I liked them too at christmas time but wouldn't pay the original price for them. I got them today (2 in box) 5 for 1.00....like that deal .10 cents each.
Again thanks for the file, can think of other holidays to make them for
smiles:)

over the holidays we bought a box of chocolates with the same type of lid and I was going to attempt to make it as well

I bought one too just the other day on clearance for this very purpose ... thanks for the tip on the cardstock
