where is the photo

I'm still new in this and not too familiar with copyrights and all that. If I were to download this file, am I allowed to make a card out of it and add stuff on the card and sell my card or is that illegal? This Nativity scene is just so beautiful.

You would defiantly be breaking copyright laws if you were to sell this image without permission. You would have to 'significantly change' the original to create an original piece that would then be copyright by you and legal to sell.

By the way, if you don't agree with these laws, check out organizations like Creative Conmmons and get active.

Thank you for the info. It is greatly appreciated. I certainly don't want to do anything illegal and that's why I asked before downloading. I went to check out the website. I thought it was probably Silhoartdesign.com but the website doesn't appear to be up. That's too bad, I would've loved to see that website. I will admire this awsome work from afar and will not download it then. Thanks again.
