In addition to the recent suggestions for precise topic names, as oppose to just saying like "help"...this is going to be important now also,... papasue has mentioned in the first post of this thread, and now it will be really important for getting the help we need to list the type of cutting machine you are using and all of the other info...computer OS type, Scal Version, etc...
Papasue shows in the first post how to get this info in the side bar by your login name.
