I bought the software yesterday and within minutes literally I had the activation code. As soon as I checked my email it was there. Spot on. Way to go guys. You are great.

I was getting worried because I ordered yesterday and didn't receive the code (and no, it wasn't in my spam folder.) I sent an email about 20 minutes ago, started playing with the program, and went back to my email to see Todd replied (and appologized) 10 minutes ago! Wow, I see what you guys mean about great customer service!!

My emails went to the email account on my paypal address (my husband's account), so that may be why some people never seem to see their emails. On the surecuts.com site, you can search for a "lost serial number" if you don't get the email. You have to enter the name on your paypal account and it will pull it up for you.
