I read a post somewhere where a lady uses carpet tape - it is sticky on both sides. She attaches it to paper - cuts it with the Circut - the peels off the paper from the other side of the tape and voila - sticker

I used to use the carpet tape until I bought the xyron.. I have the 5 1/2 inch wide one plus the 1 1/2 inch wide one..

i also have the X, 5", and 2.5 ". So Todd, i guess you see we like them and can't live with just one. kinda like the tater chip commercial

Hubby bought me the xyron 9' creative station last year for christmas and i love it.Also have a 2 1/2 inch.
